There are over 100 branches of the National Autistic Society across the UK, all run entirely by volunteers. They aim to support people with autism and their families in their local area with activities which may include:
providing information about autism - awareness raising, signposting and speaker evenings
family support – parent support groups, leisure activities for families, or adult social groups
campaigning – either as part of our national campaigns or at a local level
fundraising
Here, in the South Wiltshire branch of the NAS, our activities are determined by the interests and enthusiasm of our members.
